6063-T6 Aluminium Alloy
Aluminium alloy is lightweight, making it easier for fabrication and installation while reducing the overall structural load of the sunroom. It offers high strength and is capable of supporting glass and other components of the sunroom. The surface is treated with fluorocarbon coating for excellent corrosion resistance, helping it withstand rain, sunlight and other natural elements. It is less likely to rust or deteriorate over time, which extends the service life of the sunroom.

Polycarbonate Sheet (PC Solid Sheet)
Polycarbonate sheet (commonly referred to as PC sheet) is an engineering plastic with excellent overall performance. It has outstanding light transmission and includes a UV protective layer that can reduce up to 60% of ultraviolet rays. Its weight is only about half that of ordinary glass. It also has strong impact resistance, being 250–300 times stronger than ordinary glass. Known as “unbreakable glass”, it effectively reduces the risk of breakage caused by external impact.
Wall Material
5mm + 0.76 PVB + 5mm Laminated Toughened Glass
Laminated toughened glass is a highly safe type of glass. Even if it breaks under external impact, the fragments remain bonded to the interlayer film instead of scattering and causing injury, greatly reducing safety risks. The interlayer also helps block sound transmission and reduce heat transfer to a certain extent, allowing the movable sunroom to stay ventilated in summer and warm in winter.
